Ordering Our Jewelry
For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Our storefront www.zinakao.com is always open. However,
it may be unavailable during planned maintenance every Sunday from
10pm-12am Pacific time. If our website is unavailable, you are welcome
to place an order via phone or fax.
When ordering your jewelry, rest assured your personal
information is safe. We value your privacy, and will never
share or sell your personal information. Please see our
privacy policy for details.
Shipping
Shipping is $5 per order, and is free for orders over $150.
Your order will be shipped USPS Priority Mail within
7 days of the purchase date. Appropriate sales tax will be charged for
all orders shipped within California.
We currently will not ship
retail orders to addresses outside the United States.
Exchanges and Refunds
We want you to love your jewelry! If you are not satisfied
with your purchase, you may exchange it for another item. Please contact
us within 14 days of receiving your jewelry to arrange the
exchange.
If you are unhappy with your purchase and can't find anything else you'd like within 14 days of receiving your jewelry, we will refund your money. Call us or e-mail us at
and we will give you a return authorization number.
Sorry, shipping fees are not refundable.
